There is no clearly defined border where the Inner Islands stop and the Outer Islands begin. Land masses become gradually smaller as one moves towards the edge of the world, and the average Outer Isle is home only to one culture.

Since they are strong in the essence of Chaos, the Outer Isles are the place where anything goes. They are strong in magic, isolated and variable. This is where the weird and wonderful lands of travellers' tales lie - the kinds of lands visited by Sinbad, Gulliver or Baron Munchausen. If you want adventures like the original Star Trek series, where the heroes arrive, solve the culture's problems and teach the women how to kiss, this is where you can set them.

T'Yorta
T'Yorta is a fairly large island home to two almost identical human species. For years these two nations have considered their own culture superior to the other, and sought to prove this by creating the best amenities, art, music etc. As a result it is an island of wonders. Recently, however, someone has introduced a new concept to them - war.

Kiranjika
Also known as Isle of Four Suns. The skies of Kiranjika belong to an earlier age when four suns competed for dominance above the earth. Because of this, the surface land and nearby waters become inhospitably hot during daytime. The humans of Kiranjika long ago moved underground, where they live in a strict society ruled by wizards. They fight a constant war with Tenoko-O, blind underground creatures.

Pottorac/Ssthgar
Not an island, the Pottorac are a serpentine race found on many of the outer and some inner islands, especially in the eastern part of the world. The Pottorac are human-like, with only some snake-like features, whereas the Ssthgar are highly serpentine. Whether they are different stages of the same race is unknown. Cultures vary from place to place.

The Isle of Wyrm
If a map of Conclave were to bear the label "Here be Dragons", this place would be the most accurate location. Some magical boundary keeps the true dragons contained here, but some can put forth their consciousness in dreams, or be summoned by powerful spells. Mutant children of the dragons - wyverns, sea serpents and so on, seem able to escape the bonds to wreak havoc on the world. It is said that there are two factions of dragon - good and evil.

Corapeti
This is a chain of tropical islands fairly close to civilisation. It was settled many years ago by seperatists from the Empire, seeking a quiet, spiritual life. They found giant constructions left by a prior civilisation, and dangerous lizard creatures. Now, merchant-venturers have come to exploit the resources, and the original settlers.

Tas-Nabrenor
Tas-Nabrenor is another tropical island with an unexplored interior. It is infamous as the site of Paradise, a lawless haven for pirates and other criminals. Prospectors risk it in search of a magical metal.
